ABOUT THE PLANTS:

Rosemary symbolises love and remembrance. As well as being good for circulation, Rosemary is invigorating and helps kickstart natural energy flow. The herb name Rosmarinus derives from the Latin words ros and marinus which translate to ‘Dew of the Sea’.

Pomegranate Flowers are very high in antioxidants and have incredible antibacterial and antiviral properties. In Ancient Greek medicine, the flowers were used to treat diabetes, while the Ancient Egyptians believed it would bring them a second life. It became known as the Tree of Life. Usage of the Pomegranate Flower can be dated back to the Bronze Age, King Tut used it daily.

Mugwort, one of the oldest medicinal plants to cleanse and purify sacred spaces, is a deeply psychic plant that helps one to ‘astral travel’ and opens up the mind to new ways of being. Mugwort is the Mother Herb that supports the womb during menstruation and is deeply protective. It can be traced to many indigenous cultures, sacred rites and rituals globally since the Stone Age.

Instructions:
Infuse one teaspoon into just boiled water for 5 minutes. Stir, Strain and Enjoy.
