At The Ritual, we honour returns in the event that your order arrived damaged, however we do not accept returns for a change of mind. A credit, refund or exchange can be processed back to the original payment method or account once proof of damage has been confirmed with our team.

This policy applies to all purchases made online at le-rituel.co. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock The Ritual, as we operate as separate entities.

We do not offer refunds of a change of mind.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

- Your order must be returned to us within fourteen (14) days from your delivery date

- The item/s were purchased from The Ritual Online.

- All original packaging is returned (box, container) and sealed unless the damage has broken the sealing 

- Item has been purchased at full price and you have a valid purchase receipt

- Note: If you’re returning an item that was part of a 'bundle' or protocol, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly

- You attach an image of your damaged item as well as a description of the damage

HOW TO RETURN

You can return your item/s by reaching out to our customer service team at hello@le-rituel.co and post your order directly to us at your own cost with Australia Post.

SHIPPING ​POLICY​

All orders are sent using Australia Post both within Australia and Internationally.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed. 

During sale and Christmas periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over weekends or on VIC public holidays. Full tracking details will be sent to customers when shipped. 

Australia

The Ritual agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within three (3) working days from the payment receipt date*. The Ritual will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

The Ritual offers FREE standard shipping for all Australian orders over $149 via Australia Post.

You should expect your parcel within 3-7 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@le-rituel.co and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.​

The Ritual are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes or for rural areas.​

 *Please note that delays may occur around public holidays such as Easter, Christmas and other relevant public holidays.  

USA, New Zealand & Rest of the World

The Ritual offers FREE standard shipping for all international orders over $299AUD.

You should expect to receive your order within 7-15 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@le-rituel.co and we will track it for you.

Customs & Duties

When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

The Ritual takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
